Ingredients:

  • 1 onion;
  • 4 tbsp. l. 9% vinegar;
  • 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 1 tsp salt;
  • 1 tbsp. water.

Preparation:

  1. Peel, rinse, dry one large head of onion (or 2 medium ones).
  2. Cut the vegetable into half rings and transfer to a bowl.

    Use a handy knife with a wide, sharp blade to cut the onion into neat half rings.

  3. Combine water and dry ingredients in a small saucepan, bring mixture to a boil.
