For a biscuit you will need:
- 150 g flour;
- 150 g sugar;
- 6 egg whites;
- 3 yolks;
- 30 g potato starch;
- 1 g vanillin;
- 1.5 tsp. baking powder.
For the cream, take:
- 200 g of condensed milk;
- 300 g butter;
- 3 egg yolks;
- 65 g of water;
- 100 g sesame halva;
- 80 g halva for crumb.

Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. For convenience, put them in different bowls: for the dough 3 yolks and 6 whites, for the cream - 3 yolks.

Whisk the whites into a strong foam. As you add sugar in portions, continue to beat until the whites are at their peak. Without stopping, pour in 1 yolk. Continue until you have a thick, homogeneous mass.

Sift flour into a deep bowl, add starch, vanillin and baking powder. Gradually add this mixture to the beaten eggs. Stir gently with a spatula.

- 4 egg whites;
- 0.5 cups of sugar;
- 0.5 tbsp. l. flour;
- 150 g sesame seeds;
- 0.5 tbsp. l. baking powder.
Ingredients for the cream:
- 4 egg yolks;
- 0.5 cups of sugar;
- 0.5 l of milk;
- 3 tbsp. l. flour;
- 2 tbsp. l. corn starch;
- 200 g butter;
- 200 g of peanut halva.
In addition to halva, you will need eggs, sugar, flour and cocoa.
Let's start cooking.

Take a suitable sized dish, mix cocoa with flour in it. Separate the whites and yolks. In a separate bowl, beat the whites very cool, until they peak. While whisking, add the yolks one at a time. Add sugar at the end and beat again.
