The beauty of this method is that things can only be ironed on one side, because of the reflected heat, the reverse side will iron itself. If you need to iron delicate blouses or linen, put the foil under the thing itself, but then you need an iron with a steaming function. During ironing, keep the iron at a distance of 3-5 centimeters from the thing and steam it over it. Thus, there will be no marks on the fabric.
