Ingredients:

  • 100 ml of milk;

  • 20 g dry yeast;
  • 100 g flour for dough and another 250 g for dough;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil for the dough and another 3 tbsp. l. for the sauce;
  • 1/2 tsp salt for the dough and another 1/4 tsp. for the sauce;
  • 5 cloves of garlic;
  • 20 g dill;
  • 4 tbsp. l. water.

Recipe:

  1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in milk (32–35 °). Let the mixture sit for 15-20 minutes.

  2. Then mix with flour (100 g) and knead the dough.
