1. The Ranny Dubinina variety has a growing season of 85–90 days. Seedlings of this variety can be planted in open ground on June 5–10 at the age of 50–55 days. After counting down from the approximate date of planting and adding to it the days necessary for germination, we get: 55 + 6 = 61. The sowing date in this case will be between 15 and 25 March. In this interval, you should choose a successful day according to the lunar calendar before sowing.

2. We plan to plant the mid-season variety Gigant Novikova in a greenhouse in mid-May. By this time, the seedlings should be 60–65 days old.
