Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour - 2 cups;
  • Sugar - 1 glass;
  • Pickle from pickled tomatoes, cucumbers or zucchini - 1 glass;
  • Oatmeal flakes - 2 tablespoons;
  • Vegetable oil - 50 grams;
  • Vinegar - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • Baking soda - 0.5 teaspoon

Pour a glass of brine into a deep bowl. Add sugar, flour, oatmeal there, add vegetable oil, mix thoroughly. Use the vinegar to extinguish the baking soda directly into the dough and stir again.

Unconventional: we cook without using the usual products

Since we are talking about diet and body preservation, it is worth paying attention to this original recipe recommended by nutritionists and fitness instructors. In the preparation of such cookies, you will need products that are constantly used in dietary dishes for weight loss and keeping fit.

You will need:

  • 2 bananas;
  • 1.5 cups of oatmeal;
  • 3 tablespoons of flaxseed
  • ¼ glasses of raisins (can be replaced with dried cherries;
  • ¼ glasses of walnuts or almonds;
  • soda and lemon juice for extinguishing;
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt;
  • 0.5 cups almond milk (you can use water instead);
  • Add cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.

As you can see, this recipe does not contain flour. It is replaced by oatmeal, finely ground in a blender. Banana mass acts as a gluing material (eggs are usually used). Banana and dried fruit make the cookies sweet, so you don't even need sugar. Flaxseeds have been known since ancient times for their beneficial properties: they help cleanse the body of toxins and have a beneficial effect on the gastrointestinal tract and liver.

For the second recipe for about 20 cookies, use the following:

  • ground oatmeal - 100 grams;
  • almonds, coarsely chopped and fried - 90 grams;
  • brown sugar - 70-80 grams;
  • olive oil - 40 ml;
  • liquid honey - 1.5-2 tablespoons;
  • rye flour - 50 grams;
  • lemon juice - 2 tablespoons;
  • orange juice - 50 ml.

Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Meanwhile, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead the dough. At first, it will seem a little dry, but over time it will get the desired consistency. Leave it on for a couple of minutes.

Lubricate your hands with oil or moisten them with water and make small cakes from the dough. Spread them on a baking sheet, put them in the oven for 15 minutes.

Of course, you can use not only rye, but also any other flour. And if you add a little dried lingonberries or cranberries to the dough, the cookies will turn out to be even tastier because of the acidity.

And here's another interesting recipe. To make these honey cookies, fry 2.5 cups of instant oatmeal in a dry skillet until golden brown. Add a glass of applesauce, 3 tablespoons honey, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, and let sit for about 30 minutes.

Then add 1/3 cup pre-steamed raisins, 1/3 cup a mixture of chopped nuts, sesame seeds and peeled seeds. Stir well and place the cookies on a baking sheet. Send for about an hour to the oven preheated to 120 degrees.

A little more originality

Did you know you can add vegetables to oatmeal cookies? For example, I found out about this quite recently. Therefore, I recommend making carrot-oat-rye cookies, which will surely delight you with their taste. You will need:

  • rye flour - 100 g
  • oat flour - 100 g
  • brown sugar - 80 g
  • carrots (grated) - 100 g
  • walnuts - 60 g
  • ginger - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 80 ml
  • soda - 0.5 tsp.
  • salt to taste
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l.

Mix all the flour with baking soda, salt and sugar. Add finely grated carrots, sprinkle with lemon juice and stir. Send nuts, ginger, vegetable oil there and knead the dough until it becomes a dense lump.
