Any product, even the most beloved one, sometimes becomes boring: it seems to be drawn to it, but at the same time you want something new. Fortunately, in most cases this problem can be solved. For example, if you are a fan of rice, but are already tired of all the usual options, I recommend cooking it according to one of the recipes of Thai chefs.

Step-by-step Thai fried rice recipes
If earlier rice appeared on my table only as an accompaniment to second hot dishes, in the form of pilaf or as a component of some salads, now I prefer Spanish paella or Thai fried rice. The most interesting thing is that Thai food can be prepared in a variety of ways, each of which is good in its own way. Here's a small selection of my family's favorite ways to create a wonderful Asian dish. But do not forget that you can always make adjustments to each of the recipes to your taste.
With chicken
Despite the preference of fish and seafood in Thai cuisine, meat and poultry are also used in many dishes. Given the fact that chicken is more affordable than seafood, the first thing I do is suggest a recipe for rice with chicken.
Ingredients:
- 350 g long grain parboiled rice;
- 700 ml of water;
- 200 g chicken breast fillet;
- 1/2 sweet pepper;
- 1 egg;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1/4 tsp ginger;
- 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
- 1 tsp lime juice;
- 1 tsp lime zest;
- 1/4 tsp curry powder;
- 1 tbsp. l. brown sugar;
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
Preparation:

Prepare the right ingredients.

Pour rice into boiling water, boil until tender and fold over a sieve.

Put the chicken fillet cut into small pieces in a deep frying pan with a large diameter and fry in vegetable oil until the meat brightens and begins to brown.

Pour soy sauce and curry into the chicken, stir.

- Drive an egg into a skillet and continue to cook like an omelet, breaking it with a spatula or fork into 1.5–2 cm pieces.

Cut the garlic, ginger, bell pepper and lime zest into very thin strips and send to the meat with the egg. While stirring, sauté everything over high heat for 1 minute.

Transfer the boiled rice to a frying pan, stir everything thoroughly again and cook for 1 minute, covered with a lid.

With pineapple and pork
Lovers of the exotic will certainly be interested in the recipe for rice, the rich taste of which is simply impossible to forget. Juicy pineapple goes well with lean pork, hearty rice, colorful vegetables, and aromatic nuts.
Ingredients:
- 1 pineapple;
- 250 g lean pork;
- 2 tbsp. boiled rice;
- 1 carrot;
- 1/2 tbsp. frozen green peas;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 2 eggs;
- 1/4 Art. roasted cashews;
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric;
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander;
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes;
- 1 tbsp. l. coconut milk;
- 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
- 6-7 feathers of green onions;
- vegetable oil;
- salt and black pepper to taste.
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

Cut the pineapple in half lengthways along with the green part. Make cuts in the pulp, then carefully remove it with a metal spoon and knife. Dry the inside of the blanks with paper towels, and wrap the leaves in baking foil. Place the tropical fruit halves in a hot oven and bake for 5 minutes.
Prepare pineapple
- Chop the pineapple pulp into small triangles, the pork into cubes, the garlic and half the green onion, chop.
- Cut the peeled carrots into small cubes, place in a small saucepan of boiling water and blanch (cook) for 6-7 minutes.
- Pour boiling water over green peas and leave for 5 minutes, then discard in a colander.
- Beat the eggs lightly with a whisk or fork.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and fry the pork for 3 minutes. Transfer the meat to a plate.
- Pour another large spoonful of vegetable oil into the pan, add chopped garlic and green onions, cook for 1 minute. Remember to stir all the food during frying to avoid burning it.

Add half the beaten eggs and sauté with garlic and onion for 30 seconds without stirring. After half a minute, stir the ingredients, put boiled rice, fried meat, blanched carrots and green peas in a pan, add the remaining eggs.
Mix rice, meat and vegetables
- Pour spices into the dish, add salt and black pepper to taste, stir and, stirring often, continue to fry over high heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the stove. Add cashews, coconut milk and soy sauce to the dish, stir again.
- Divide the rice into pineapple pieces, place in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.

Top the Thai style rice with leftover green onions before serving.
Place the rice with meat and vegetables in the pineapple halves and cook in the oven until tender.

With shrimps
A simple and straightforward recipe that any culinary specialist can handle, regardless of their experience.
Ingredients:
- 100 g of rice;
- 100-150 g cooked shrimp;
- 1-1 / 2 bell pepper;
- 3-4 st. l. soy sauce;
- 1 cm of ginger root;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 2-3 feathers of green onions;
- 1 egg;
- 2-3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- 2-3 sprigs of fresh parsley;
- salt and hot red pepper (ground) to taste.
Preparation:
- Rinse the rice in several waters and boil.

Cut the bell pepper into squares with a side of 1–1.5 cm, crush the peeled garlic clove with the flat side of the knife blade.

Fry the garlic in vegetable oil for 1 minute, then remove it from the pan and send the bell pepper there.

- When the vegetable begins to acquire a golden color, add chopped green onions and grated ginger to it.

Beat the egg into the vegetable mixture, stir, fry for 1–2 minutes.
Drive a raw egg into the vegetables
- Transfer rice to a frying pan, pour in soy sauce.

Season rice with hot peppers, stir, taste and add salt if necessary.

- Send shrimp peeled from shells to the total mass, mix the dish, heat for 2 minutes.

Arrange the rice with shrimp in portioned containers and decorate with fresh parsley leaves.

The seafood cocktail is a great base for preparing a variety of delicious quick dishes, including Thai rice.
Ingredients:
- 200 g of rice;
- 250 g seafood cocktail;
- 1 egg;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
- 1 tbsp. l. teriyaki sauce;
- 3 g chili sauce;
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
Preparation:
- Boil the rice and cool.

Finely chop the garlic and fry in vegetable oil along with chili paste.

Place the seafood cocktail in a skillet and fry until tender, stirring occasionally.

Transfer cooked rice to the pan, add soy sauce and teriyaki.

- Use a spoon or spatula to spread the rice mass out to the sides so that there is free space in the pan. Pour in the egg and, when it grabs, stir in the rice.

Serve the rice in portions, sprinkling generously with chopped fresh cilantro.
