Pop group "Hands Up!" until 2006 consisted of Sergei Zhukov and Alexei Potekhin
Group "Hands up!" consisted of Sergei Zhukov and Alexei Potekhin, who became famous in 1995 with their hits "Baby" and "Student". The musicians began to actively tour Russia and abroad, winning the love of millions of fans. In 2006, it was announced that the group would be disbanding. According to Sergei Zhukov, the reason was strong competition in show business and disagreements with Alexei Potekhin. After the breakup of the group, the soloists took up solo projects, and Sergei Zhukov even wrote a book. He soon started using the title Hands Up! in his solo work. The artist is still actively touring and releasing new hits, and the army of his fans is growing.

The pop group "Demo" was created in 1999. Soloist Alexandra Zvereva and dancers Maria Zheleznyakova and Danila Polyakov took part in the project. The main hit of the group was the song "Sun", which was so popular that it was distributed everywhere. The dancers in the collective changed, but Zvereva toured with "Demo" not only in Russia, but also abroad. In 2003, the popularity of the group began to fall, and in 2012, Alexandra Zvereva decided to take up a solo project and left the team. Today the Demo group continues to perform, but there is no question of its former popularity. The vocalist of the project is Daria Pobedonostseva, and Sasha Zvereva now lives in the USA, is engaged in fashion design and has three children.
The previously known group still exists, but its main vocalist is Daria Pobedonostseva
Tattoo
Tatu is considered the most successful Russian pop group, whose fame has gone far beyond the post-Soviet space
The creators of the Tatu group, formed in 1999, did everything to support the scandalous image of the two soloists - Yulia Volkova and Lena Katina starred in provocative videos with a hint of lesbian relationships. The producers were right - Tatu's popularity went far beyond the borders of Russia. The group's singles topped the charts in the UK, Australia, Germany, USA and other countries. In 2004, the soloists decided to stop working with their producer, and a year later they released a platinum album. In 2009 the group ceased to exist, tk. the girls decided to pursue a solo career. However, none of them managed to repeat the success of Tatu.

Virus
The soloist and creator of the "Virus" group is Olya Kozina, better known to the public as Olga Laki
The creator, soloist and songwriter of the "Virus" group was Olya Kozina, known as Olga Laki. The group also included musicians Yuri Stupnik and Andrei Gudas. Their first single "Don't Look for Me" was released in 1999 and quickly reached the top of the charts. The popular group is actively touring not only in Russia but also abroad. A year after the premiere of the debut single, due to the surging popularity, the producers of the group decided to create a second line-up that would resemble the first. Subsequently, this became the reason for the termination of cooperation of the original members of the group with producers. Today "Virus" continues to tour and release new singles, but their popularity is not comparable to that which was at the beginning of the 2000s.

Three years later, Strelka announced the reunification of the group in the golden composition: Ekaterina Kravtsova, Salome Rosiver, Svetlana Bobkina, Maria Bibilova. And after Salome Rosivere left the collective, the group remained in the form of a trio, which performs to this day, but can only dream of its former glory.

The composition of the group has undergone changes throughout its existence, and in 2007 its founder Irina Nelson left Reflex. To the delight of fans, after 5 years, the singer triumphantly returned to the project and today she is again its only participant. Irina Nelson continues to release singles and shoot videos, but the singer no longer has her former popularity.

Then the musicians lived in Germany, but this did not prevent them from giving concerts throughout Russia. In 2012, the duo broke up. Andrey Kamaev joined Ilya Podstrelnikov and they still perform songs of the "Factor-2" group in Russia. Vladimir and Denis Panchenko are doing the same in Germany.

The songs of popular musical groups of the early 2000s were heard by millions of their fans, and the stars themselves regularly appeared on screens and were filmed for gloss.
