I have repeatedly mentioned in my articles that my husband is engaged in daily workouts and tries to adhere to a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, already in the first year of our life together, my culinary piggy bank was replenished with a considerable number of recipes with a minimum amount of calories. Naturally, chicken breast is often on the menu, and so that it doesn't get boring, I constantly have to look for new ways to cook it. Although it should be noted that there are such recipes, the results of which can be enjoyed daily.
Whole chicken breast with soy sauce
One of the easiest ways to prepare breast for proper nutrition. The calorie content of such a product is 96 kcal for every 100 g.
- 1 whole chicken breast on the bone;
- 100 ml soy sauce;
- 50 ml olive oil;
- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 1 pinch of black pepper.
Pour olive oil and soy sauce into a blender bowl, add peeled garlic cloves, salt and black pepper. Whisk all ingredients until smooth.

- 500 g chicken breast fillet;
- 25 g of coarse salt;
- 4 g ground paprika;
- 4 g ground chili;
- 4 g ground black pepper;
- 2 cloves of garlic.
Rinse the chicken fillet with cold water and dry thoroughly with paper towels.

- 3 chicken breast fillets;
- 3 tomatoes;
- 200 g mozzarella cheese;
- 1 tbsp. l. dried basil;
- 1/2 tsp dried paprika;
- 5 tbsp. l. olive oil;
- 2 tbsp. l. balsamic vinegar;
- salt and black pepper to taste.
- Turn on the oven and set the temperature control to 190 degrees.
Place the chicken breasts on a large cutting board. Make 6 deep transverse cuts in each piece of meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- 1 tbsp. kefir 2% fat;

Chicken breast can be prepared in dozens, if not hundreds, of ways for proper nutrition. But the dish, which will be discussed further, is simply unique. Chicken breast kebabs are delicious, delicious and deliciously flavorful. The calorie content of the dish is 143 kcal per 100 g.
- 450-500 g chicken breast fillet;
- 1 small pineapple;
- 1 lemon;
- 1-2 pods of dried hot pepper;
- 15–20 cherry;
- 50 g olive oil;
- 35 g of liquid honey;
- 1-2 sprigs of fresh thyme and rosemary;
- salt and black pepper - to taste;
- 8 wooden skewers.
