Therefore, already in the first year of our life together, my culinary piggy bank was replenished with a considerable number of recipes with a minimum amount of calories. Naturally, chicken breast is often on the menu, and so that it doesn't get boring, I constantly have to look for new ways to cook it. Although it should be noted that there are such recipes, the results of which can be enjoyed daily.

Whole chicken breast with soy sauce

One of the easiest ways to prepare breast for proper nutrition. The calorie content of such a product is 96 kcal for every 100 g.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole chicken breast on the bone;
  • 100 ml soy sauce;
  • 50 ml olive oil;
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 pinch of salt;
