As one example, I bring to your attention a recipe for a delicious salad with chicken breast and Chinese cabbage.
Step-by-step recipe for chicken breast and Chinese cabbage salad
My husband prefers dinner in the form of a vegetable salad with a small portion of fish or meat. And if earlier I always cooked meals separately, then recently, to save time and effort, I switched to the preparation of multi-component, but at the same time, salads that are easy to prepare and easy for the body to perceive, combining our favorite products. Chicken breast and Chinese cabbage salad is one of these dishes.
Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken breast;
- 200 g of Chinese cabbage;
- 1 cucumber;
- 2 sweet peppers;
- 4 tomatoes;
- 2 eggs;
- 200 g of natural yogurt;
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil;
- salt and black pepper to taste.
Preparation:
- Cut the chicken breast (fillet) into large pieces.

Beat off pieces of meat lightly on both sides.

Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste, fry in a frying pan with 1 tbsp. l. olive oil until tender, cool.

Tear the Chinese cabbage leaves into pieces with your hands and place in a large plate.

Cut fresh cucumber and peeled bell peppers into strips.
Before cutting into a salad, sweet peppers need to be peeled of stalks and seeds.

Place the vegetables on top of the Chinese cabbage, lightly salt and pepper.
If you add peppers of different colors to the salad, the dish will turn out to be brighter.

Cut chicken meat into strips, transfer to a plate with vegetables.

Combine yoghurt and remaining olive oil, add salt and black pepper, adjusting the amount of spices as you like.
You can use plain yogurt or low-fat sour cream for salad dressing.
- Pour the dressing over all the salad ingredients in a bowl.

Cut the tomatoes into slices, cut the boiled eggs lengthwise into quarters. Spread both ingredients over the entire surface of the salad.
