Ingredients:
- 4 medium chicken breasts;
- 4–6 large potatoes;
- 4 tomatoes;
- 200 g of hard cheese;
- 2 onions;
- mayonnaise, spices - to taste.

You will need:
- 2 chicken breasts;
- 3 medium potatoes;
- 2 large champignons;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 1 onion;
- 2-3 arrows of green onions;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 200 g sour cream;
- 150 g of hard cheese;
- 50 g of vegetable oil for frying;
- salt and pepper to taste.

Rinse the breasts and pat dry with napkins. Cut large breasts to lengths so that the pieces are 1.5–2 cm thick. Rub each piece with a mixture of salt and pepper, beat a little with a meat hammer.

- ½ bell pepper;

- red hot peppers, cayenne, or chili to taste.
Note that these red peppers are very hot. If you add too much, their spiciness will simply overwhelm the taste of the dish, and the breasts will be hopelessly spoiled. I take enough red pepper so that, when crushed, its volume is no more than the amount of garlic. I think this is the perfect proportion. Therefore, if you are afraid of excessive spiciness, use less garlic than indicated in the recipe.
