You will need:
- chicken carcass weighing 2 kg;
- 3 medium carrots;
- 4 large onions;
- 1 young zucchini;
- 500 g of champignons;
- 4 potatoes;
- vegetable oil for frying;
- green onions, other greens optional.

- 6 tbsp. l. olive oil;
- 2 medium carrots;
- 2 large stalks of celery;
