Step-by-step recipe for stuffed chicken cutlets
Minced meat from tender chicken in its consistency is excellent for placing the filling inside it. It sticks well and holds its shape, and breading will help with this.
Chicken cutlets are great for lunch or dinner
You will need:
- chicken fillet - 400 g;
- cream cheese - 150 g;
- a little butter and vegetable oil for frying;
- salt and pepper to taste.
For breading, take:
- bread crumbs - 4 tbsp. l.;
- turmeric - 0.5 tsp;
- paprika - 1 tbsp. l.
For filling:
- butter - 30-50 g;
