  • 1 lime;
  • 1 chilli pod
  • 1 bunch of parsley;
  • 1 bunch of mint;
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 5 tbsp. l. fish sauce;
  • 4 tbsp. l. chili sauce;
  • 6 dried clove buds;
  • 2 star anise stars;
  • 1 cinnamon stick;
  • 1 tbsp. l. granulated sugar;
  • 1 tbsp. l. salt.

Preparation:

  1. Pour the beef on the bone with water and cook for 2 hours.

  2. Cut the beef pulp into several large pieces.
