This recipe is good when you need to cook dinner for the family, and time is running out. Half an hour - and the dish is ready.
You will need:
- 600 g turkey fillet;
- 200 g pitted prunes;
- 120 ml sour cream;
- 60–70 ml of vegetable oil;
- 100-150 ml of clean drinking water;
- bulb;
- greens to taste;
- spices - a mixture of peppers, paprika, curry, nutmeg, coriander, or ready-made poultry seasoning;
- salt.

Rinse the meat, dry and cut into small cubes.
