Juicy chicken breast cutlets: a step by step recipe
To make chicken breast cutlets delight with juiciness, you need to use additional ingredients in a very competent proportion. Minced meat for cutlets should consist of two-thirds of meat and one-third of additives that give it elasticity.
Sometimes housewives exclude ingredients such as bread or semolina from the recipe. Because of this, the cutlets lose meat juice during frying and become rubbery. And one more secret: add grated, not chopped onions.
Products:
- 450 g skinless and boneless chicken breast;
- 1 onion;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1 egg;
- 100 g (about 2 slices) white loaf;
- 50 ml of milk;
- 100 g bread crumbs;
- salt and black pepper to taste;
- 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil for frying.

Grind the chicken breast in a meat grinder.
It is better not to grind the meat in a blender, cutlets from such minced meat are drier

Grate onions on a coarse grater and squeeze the juice into a separate bowl.
The bulb must be fresh and juicy

Add egg, salt and black pepper to the minced meat.
