Preparation:

  1. Rub the curd through a sieve into a large container.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine the yolks and sugar, mash thoroughly until the crystals are completely dissolved, add a pinch of salt.

  • 70 g cherries in their own juice.

  1. Put the cherries in a colander and leave to drain. Use seedless berries.
  2. Grate the chocolate on a fine grater.
  3. Mix the egg yolks well with sugar and salt until smooth.
  4. Melt the butter in a water bath or microwave.
  5. Pour melted butter, egg-sugar mixture into a bowl with grated cottage cheese, add grated chocolate and cocoa powder.
