  3. Cut the washed and peeled mushrooms (it does not have to be champignons) into thin slices. In a preheated skillet with boiling oil, fry the remaining onions and carrots for 2-4 minutes. Add the mushrooms and simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

  4. When the frying is ready, put it in the soup along with the cheese grated on a coarse grater. Mix well. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for another 10 minutes.

  • ½ cup rice
  • 3 potatoes;
  • 1 onion;

  • 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil;
  • 400 g meatballs;
  • 100–150 g processed cheese;
  • spices, herbs, bay leaf to taste.

  1. Bring 2.5 L of water to a boil in a saucepan. Toss in diced unpeeled potatoes. After a couple of minutes, add the washed rice, add the bay leaf. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 7 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, grate the carrots and chop the onions. Fry them in hot oil for 2-3 minutes, stirring all the time. When the vegetables are ready, add them to the soup. Then lower the meatballs.
  3. After 5 minutes, add grated cheese to the soup and stir. Add spices, salt. Let it simmer over medium heat for another 5 minutes, then turn it off. When serving soup, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
