Second, it's easy. Thirdly, such a dish can be prepared differently each time. Previously, I made such a snack using the microwave, but lately my wonderful electric assistant seemed to have gone crazy and requires every second attention, responding to the absence of this with overdried cheese, splashes of tomatoes and other unpleasant things. So I started making sandwiches using the oven. And it should be noted that they turn out to be more tasty: the cheese crust remains tender, but at the same time it browns, and the bread has time to be saturated with the aromas of the filling.
With sausage, cheese and pickled cucumber
The simplest appetizer recipe in which the classic combination of cold meats and cheese is perfectly complemented by a spicy hint of pickled vegetable.
Ingredients:
- 200 g white loaf;
- 100 g of boiled sausage;
- 100 g of hard cheese;
- 1 pickled cucumber;
- 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
- 1-2 sprigs of fresh herbs.
Preparation:
- Using a sharp knife with a wide blade, cut the loaf into neat slices 8–10 mm wide.
- Grate the sausage and cheese on a grater with large holes.
- Rinse the sprigs of herbs, dry, chop.
- Cut a small pickled cucumber diagonally into thin slices.
