But I would never have thought of cooking scrambled eggs in pita bread … However, by the will of fate, quite recently I had to have breakfast in a small cafe not far from the city center, where I was surprised and, one might say, pleasantly shocked by how such a culinary could be created from ordinary products. miracle. The brilliant breakfast idea stuck in my head and was tried out the next morning. And at the moment I can share already several recipes for such a dish.
Fried eggs "Orsini" in lavash
If you like to surprise your family with original breakfasts, this recipe is what you need. A delicate cloud of baked whipped whites with a yolk-"sun" in an impromptu plate of thin lavash will please both the kid and the adult.
Ingredients:
- 1 small pita bread;
- 1 egg;
- salt and black pepper to taste.
Preparation:

Place the ingredients on a work surface.
Prepare food
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Choose a suitable baking dish with a diameter of 10-13 cm.
- Line the pan with pita bread so that the edges cover the bottom and sides of the baking dish.
- Separate the white from the yolk.
