You will need:
- 4 eggs;
- 150 g zucchini;
- 1 medium tomato;
- 20-30 g of hard cheese;
- 1 bunch of fresh herbs;
- 1-2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil for frying;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
You can add 1 bell pepper if you like. It needs to be peeled and cut into thin strips or small cubes, as you like.

- Tabasco sauce (chili pepper) - to taste
- 3-4 st. l. vegetable oil.

Wash and peel the vegetables, cut them: zucchini with eggplant - in small 1 cm cubes, pepper - in squares, finely chop the onion. Eggplant can be kept salted for 20 minutes just in case, then washed and dried so that it does not taste bitter.
