The dish, which will be discussed today, I will cook for this New Year for the first time. And I am sure that it will be accepted with enthusiasm. I tried an unusually designed and very tasty salad at a friend's place, where we celebrated a holiday last year, and I really liked it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves of garlic;

  • 5 eggs;
  • 100-150 g of hard cheese;
