A step-by-step recipe for the classic Pomegranate Bracelet salad
I got acquainted with this dish at about 12 years old. In one of the print editions that the local library received, a new recipe for our family was published with a bright, mouth-watering and eye-catching photo. My mother always delighted us with wonderful dishes, so this food did not remain without her attention. All family members liked the beautiful and delicious salad and since then we have often prepared it for the holidays.
Ingredients:
- 500 g potatoes;
- 500 g of beets;
- 0.5 kg chicken breast fillet;
- 1-2 heads of onions;
- 300 g mayonnaise;
- 2 grenades;
- vegetable oil;
- salt to taste.
Preparation:

Boil potatoes, beets and chicken breast until tender. Cut the onion into small cubes.
If you prepare everything you need in advance, a salad can be prepared in literally 10 minutes.

Fry finely chopped chicken and onions in a pan with 1-2 tablespoons of sunflower oil. When the onion is soft, turn off the stove.

Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater.

Place a glass or other suitable container in the center of a large, flat plate. Arrange the potatoes around the glass, forming a neat ring. Lubricate the potato layer with mayonnaise, salt.
Any container of suitable diameter can be used to form a ring.

Put the fried chicken fillet with onions on the potatoes, brush with mayonnaise, lightly salt.
Remember to grease each layer of salad with mayonnaise.

The next layer is boiled beets and mayonnaise grated on a coarse grater. The boiled vegetable is juicy, so this layer of lettuce doesn't require a lot of dressing.
Beetroot mayonnaise will require less than potatoes and chicken
- Divide the pomegranates into grains.
- Sprinkle pomegranate seeds liberally on the beetroot layer with mayonnaise, being careful not to leave any gaps.
