Taking into account the fact that the ingredients of such a culinary creation are inexpensive and are almost always found in the refrigerator, you can please your loved ones with a wonderful meal on ordinary days.
Step-by-step recipe for "Winter" salad
In my childhood, this salad was referred to as "Olivier". Every birthday, New Year, Christmas and a number of other significant holidays, a huge salad bowl with hearty food was always adorned on the table. It was huge because my mother knew about my great love for this dish and did not forget about the speed with which it disappeared from my plate. I have always enjoyed participating in the salad making process and enjoying the fruits of my labor.
Ingredients:
- 8 small potatoes;
- 4 medium carrots;
- 4-5 pickled cucumbers;
- 6 eggs;
- 500 g of boiled sausage;
- 350 g canned green peas;
- 400 g mayonnaise;
- 1 bunch of green onions;
- 1/2 bunch of dill;
- ground black pepper and salt to taste.
Cooking steps:

Prepare food. Boil potatoes and carrots in a peel until tender, cool, peel. Hard-boiled eggs, cool too, remove the shell. Rinse and dry the greens. Put the pickles in a colander or squeeze lightly with your hands. Empty the jar of peas.
Prepare food in advance, as cooking vegetables will take at least half an hour
