The food turned out to be no less tasty, and since then, in most cases, I have been preparing a salad with meat. And only a couple of years ago I learned that the idea of this dish is not new, but its name is Stolichny salad.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g potatoes;
  • 200 g carrots;
  • 250 g chicken fillet;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 200 g of fresh cucumbers;
  • 200-250 g of pickled cucumbers;
  • 200 g canned green peas;
  • 150 g mayonnaise;
  • 150 g sour cream;
  • 3-5 sprigs of fresh dill;
  • ground black pepper and salt to taste.

Preparation:
