Most often, I make a tender casserole with cream and raisins or berries, but take my word for it, anyone can create such a treat to their liking.
In recent months, I have been preparing a cottage cheese casserole in a large form, increasing the initial amount of ingredients by 2-3 times, because none of my household members refuses to eat it. In addition, such a dish is convenient to take with you to work or school.
Classic curd casserole with semolina

Ingredients:
- 500 g of cottage cheese;
- 1 egg;
- 2 tbsp. l. melted butter;
- 3 tbsp. l. sour cream;
- 3 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- 2 tbsp. l. decoys;
- 100 g raisins;
- 1/4 bag of vanillin;
- 1/2 tsp salt;

- 45 g semolina;
- 60 g of kefir;
- 50-100 g sugar;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 1 tsp butter;
- 2 tbsp. l. bread crumbs.
Preparation:

Pour the egg whites into a separate container and beat, adding salt, until soft peaks form.

Mix cottage cheese thoroughly with yolks, kefir, granulated sugar and semolina.

Gradually add whipped proteins to the curd-semolina mass. Gently mix all the ingredients, lifting the mass with a spatula from the bottom up. Doing so will allow the proteins to maintain their airiness, resulting in a fluffy casserole.

Put the mass in a greased baking dish and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, flatten and send to the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

This version of the curd treat differs from the others in its very rich taste and amazing aroma, and the combination of bright kiwi and snow-white powdered sugar gives it a festive look.
Ingredients:
- 300 g of cottage cheese;
- 1 banana;
- 4 kiwi;
- 200 ml of natural yogurt;
- 60 g semolina;
- 60 g sugar;
- 1 egg;
- 1/2 tsp baking powder;
- 1 tbsp. l. powdered sugar.
Preparation:

Place the food on the table and turn on the oven by setting the temperature control to 180.
Prepare food

Use a mixer or blender to combine cottage cheese, plain yogurt, sugar and egg.
