I buy puff pastry quite often and always experiment with fillings. Well, those recipes that have already firmly entered the menu of our family, I will describe below.

Sausages in dough are popular with many adults and children. An excellent alternative to a sandwich satisfies hunger quickly and for a long time. In order not to overpay for a finished product and not to doubt its quality, it is better to cook such a dish at home. Moreover, this process is very easy.

Ingredients:

  • 10 sausages;
  • 400 g of puff yeast-free dough;
  • 1 egg;
  • sesame seeds.

Preparation:

  1. Put the puff pastry on a floured work surface, roll it into a rectangular layer no more than 2 mm thick and cut into long strips 2.5 cm wide.

  2. Wrap a strip of dough around each sausage as shown in the photo below.

  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Ingredients:

  • 2 sheets of puff pastry;
  • 2 tbsp. l. butter;
  • 3 pcs. shallots;
  • 450 g of champignons;
  • 300 g red fish fillet;
  • 1 tbsp. boiled rice;
  • 100 g spinach;
  • 4-5 sprigs of fresh dill;
  • 1 egg;
  • salt and black pepper.

  1. Prepare food. Boil until tender and cool the rice. Defrost the spinach and mix with finely chopped dill. Cut the champignons into thin slices, fresh fish into slices, peeled onions into half rings.

  3. Roll out the dough into thin layers and cut so that you get square small pieces.
  4. Leave half of the blanks empty. This portion of the dough will form the top of the patties.
  5. On the second part of the dough (for each square), place the previously prepared ingredients: rice, spinach with dill, mushrooms, fish.
