If you want something tasty, but simple and quick to prepare, pay attention to the recipe for wonderful curd donuts. In literally a quarter of an hour you can prepare a mouth-watering, mouth-watering and satisfying delicacy that will please gourmets of any age.
Step-by-step recipe for making curd donuts
Despite some inclination to be overweight, I quite often indulge myself with various sweets. And one of my favorite delicacies is the curd donuts. The dish has been familiar to me since childhood, since my sister sometimes cooked such a treat. Golden-brown, sprinkled with snow-white powdered sugar melting from the heat, appetizing balls just ask for a mouthful.
Ingredients:
- 250 g of cottage cheese;
- 2 tbsp. flour;
- 2 eggs;
- 4 tbsp. l. granulated sugar;
- 1/2 tsp soda;
- 1 tsp lemon juice;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar;
- 250 ml of refined sunflower oil;
- icing sugar for dusting.
Preparation:
-
Prepare the food you need.
Stock up on the right ingredients
- Use a whisk or mixer to beat the eggs with granulated sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Place the curd in a large bowl. If there are large lumps, mash them up with a fork.
- Pour the egg mixture into a bowl of cottage cheese, add salt, soda quenched with lemon juice and sifted flour.
-
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, knead the sticky dough.
Donut dough should stick to your hands a little.
-
Lubricating your hands with a little sunflower oil, shape the dough into small balls 1.5–2 cm in diameter.
To easily cope with sticky dough, grease your hands with sunflower oil
-
Fry the workpieces in hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Stir with a slotted spoon to prevent the donuts from burning and evenly cover with a delicious crust.
Stir the curd balls constantly for even browning.
-
Put the finished donut balls on napkins or paper towels and leave for a few minutes to remove excess grease.
You can remove excess oil left on donuts after frying with paper towels
-
Transfer the treat to a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Dust the donuts with powdered sugar before serving.
