  • 1/2 tsp. salt, soda and citric acid.

To prepare the filling, take:

  • 2-3 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 125 g of water;
  • 120 g of nuts;
  • 100-150 g cream;
  • lemon or orange zest or citrus juice.

Let's start cooking.

  1. Heat 250–350 ml of water to no more than 40 ° C, beat eggs into it and mix, gradually adding sugar. Season with salt, add baking soda and stir again.
  2. Pour the sifted flour into the mass. Beat gently until the dough is smooth and lump-free.

    Mix food thoroughly so that no lumps remain in the dough.

  3. Dilute ½ tsp in 250 ml of water. citric acid and pour this mixture into the dough. Stir well.
  4. Fry the pancakes as usual: heat the pan well, grease the surface a little with butter - butter or vegetable oil, pour the dough so that it spreads over the surface in a thin layer. When the pancake is browned on one side, flip it over to the other and hold until it is browned too.

  5. Now prepare the filling. Dilute sugar in water and boil the syrup. Add to it walnuts, peeled, roasted and chopped. Stir well, gradually pouring in the cream. After that, pour the juice into the syrup or put the zest, let it stand for a while.

  6. Spread the filling on the pancake, fold it in four: first in half lengthwise, then across.
