  3. Pancakes need to be fried from freshly made dough. Do not leave it even for an hour, otherwise the baking powder will simply stop working.
  4. The crust of pancakes should be even and tender, not fried. Therefore, you need to fry them in a dry frying pan.

  • 250 ml of milk;
  • 1 egg;
  • 4 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 1 tsp baking powder;
  • 1/4 tsp salt;
  • 170 g flour;
  • 40 g butter.

Note that the butter needs to be melted, but use only when it cools down or becomes a little warm. It's okay if you don't feel like drowning it or you just don't have time for it: in such cases, I replace butter with vegetable oil (3 tbsp. L.)

  1. Take a deep bowl, pour milk and butter into it, add sugar, beat in eggs. Mix everything thoroughly.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine the flour with baking powder, salt. Gradually sift this mixture through a pastry sieve into a bowl of milk, eggs and sugar, stirring constantly so that the mass is homogeneous and does not form lumps.
  3. Preheat a dry skillet. It is not necessary to lubricate it with oil. Quickly pour the dough onto a hot surface (1 pancake will require 2 tablespoons) and wait for bubbles to appear. It is important to remember that there should not be many bubbles: as soon as they appear, immediately turn the pancake over to the other side.
