Bright cake
Bright cake

A delicious cake has long become a traditional end to almost every festive meal. In addition, such a treat always fits perfectly into a friendly tea party or a romantic dinner, and can also become an original gift for a person who wants to do something nice. Taking into account the fact that the “sweet departments” of stores and stand-alone pastry shops offer a wide range of delicacies, you can always buy a cake. But we all know that a treat prepared with our own hands is always tastier and healthier. One of the striking examples of this is the Broken Glass cake or, as it is also called, Mosaic. Multi-colored pieces of jelly in a snow-white base fascinate the eye, and the taste of such a delicacy is liked by a sweet tooth of all ages.

Appetizing, rich colors, cool, with different tastes, and even preparing as easy as shelling pears - there is simply no price for this treat.
