Step-by-step recipe for making biramisu

I have not yet gotten to making dessert with my own hands, but I will definitely fix it in the coming weeks. Today I want to tell you about how my friend prepares biramisu. I have already watched the process of creating an interesting delicacy twice and, of course, was its taster. Cooking is very little different from the original version, but the taste is very unusual and memorable.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs;
  • 6 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 200 g mascarpone;
  • 1 pack of savoyardi cookies;
  • 1 bottle of dark beer;
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence;
  • 1 pinch of salt;
  • chocolate or cocoa powder for sprinkling.

Cooking steps:

  1. Separate the yolks from the whites.

  2. Whisk the yolks with 1/2 part sugar and vanilla essence until smooth.

  3. Whisk the whites with a pinch of salt until they form strong peaks.

  5. Combine yolks with cream cheese, mix thoroughly.
  6. While stirring the resulting mixture from top to bottom, gradually, in small portions, add the whipped egg whites into the cream.

  7. Pour the beer into a suitable deep container.
  8. Lubricate a baking dish with a little cream.

  9. Dip the biscuits one at a time in the beer and lay them in a baking dish. The longer you keep the cookies in the liquid, the more moist the dessert will be.
