Step-by-step recipe for making biramisu
I have not yet gotten to making dessert with my own hands, but I will definitely fix it in the coming weeks. Today I want to tell you about how my friend prepares biramisu. I have already watched the process of creating an interesting delicacy twice and, of course, was its taster. Cooking is very little different from the original version, but the taste is very unusual and memorable.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs;
- 6 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- 200 g mascarpone;
- 1 pack of savoyardi cookies;
- 1 bottle of dark beer;
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- chocolate or cocoa powder for sprinkling.
Cooking steps:

Separate the yolks from the whites.

Whisk the yolks with 1/2 part sugar and vanilla essence until smooth.

In this case, she quickly dips the cookies in a mixture of dark beer and strong natural coffee with sugar, taken in equal proportions (1 cup of liquid ingredients and 50 g of granulated sugar). But the main feature of the dessert is the cream. She also adds beer to it!
If you want to try making such a treat, you need to mix to sandwich:
- 60 ml dark beer;
- 6 egg yolks;
- 120 g sugar;
- 60 g mascarpone;
- 300 g whipped cream.
Treats can be formed in wide glasses or on dessert plates, finishing the process with decorating with cocoa powder, fresh mint leaves or berries.
