The event that caused a wave of negative comments happened back in 2014, but the photos that got on the Internet again attracted attention to the unusual wedding ceremony.

Shauna Carter and Jonathan Brooks (residents of Tennessee, USA) wanted to make their wedding day truly unforgettable, including for their newborn daughter, who at the time of the ceremony was one month old. The couple did not think of anything better than attaching the girl to the long train of the bride's dress, so that the daughter "accompanied" her mother on the way to the altar.

Surprisingly, neither the newlyweds themselves, nor their guests, the child, literally dragging on the floor, did not seem like a strange idea. The same cannot be said about Internet users: after the publication of the picture, hundreds of negative comments fell on Sean and Jonathan, in which they frankly called them terrible parents. However, the negligent mother was not at all embarrassed by the criticism, in response to the remarks she replied that the child was conscious, securely fixed and was "under the protection of Jesus."
