The kitchen is a place associated with warmth and homeliness. Therefore, for the convenience of the hostess and all family members, there should be perfect cleanliness. This can be hampered by several items that are best disposed of.

Vase with fresh flowers

Fresh flowers create a romantic mood in the interior. But in the kitchen there is more clutter than positive from short-lived bouquets.

From crumbling leaves and buds, small debris is formed on the floor and table, during the cleaning process of which the hostess can touch and knock over the vase. Naughty children or pets can inadvertently break a fragile vessel. And then everyone will have to fight not only with dry petals, but also with fragments and spilled water.

In order not to clutter up the work surface or dining table with vases of bouquets, decorate the walls with paintings with flower arrangements. And if you fundamentally want to see live plants in your kitchen, then put pots with colorful flora or containers with growing herbs on the windowsill. For them, you can make a compact stand, shelf, arrange a small vertical greenhouse on the door or curtain rail.

Household appliances that are no longer used

Manufacturers of household appliances are constantly delighting with some novelties. Bread makers, multicooker, double boiler, coffee maker, waffle maker, sandwich makers, harvesters attract the attention of housewives - they buy more and more modern devices.

But, as a rule, interest in such technical advances quickly disappears. And household appliances still continue to occupy space in a small room, where every centimeter counts.

If you have appliances that have not been used for a long time, dispose of them without mercy. They can be gifted to friends and family, or even sold online.

You will be surprised how much cleaner and more spacious the kitchen will become when you get rid of a bread maker in which you only cooked once, or a steamer that did not fit its characteristics.

Magazines or newspapers

Reading the latest newspaper or an interesting magazine at breakfast is a common thing for many. Only the piles of newspapers left behind in the kitchen look out of place - this is not a reading room.

In addition, newspapers and magazines lying on the table and chairs get dirty quickly. Oily stains and water streaks form on them. This is an unpleasant sight.

Make it a rule to take the newspapers and magazines you read into the hallway or living room. And in the dining room for a short use of literature, make a decorative basket, wall organizer, or adapt a low niche in the kitchen set. Better not to read at all while eating. It is very bad for digestion.

Carpet

There should be no carpets in the kitchen. Of course, they are soft and warm - you can walk on them barefoot. But the dining area, above all, should be practical.

The carpet absorbs water and grease every day, picks up bread crumbs and food pieces that get clogged between the fibers. Therefore, regular cleaning with a vacuum cleaner (preferably a washing one) will be necessary. To avoid unpleasant smell and insects breeding - dry cleaning. And from tiles or linoleum all the garbage can be swept away and wiped off in a matter of seconds.

Cosmetics or clothing

Some women and girls, getting ready for work, like to show beauty while preparing breakfast or even eating. And sometimes, in a hurry to leave, they can leave mascara, lipstick or even the entire cosmetic bag on the dining table, sofa or windowsill.

Returning home after work or school, young people or adolescents run as fast as they can to the kitchen to quench their hunger or thirst. Taking off their jackets and coats on the go, they find nothing better than hanging things on the back of a chair or throwing them on a bench.

The kitchen accumulates so much excess that it plunges into a mess and cluttered. You should always put things in their place. And it's better not to bring anything into the kitchen at all, except for food and kitchen utensils. The traditions adopted in the family and the personal example of parents play an important role in the formation of the accuracy of the younger generation.
