Italian Instant Noodle Pasta: Three Surprising Recipes
Instant noodles are simple and extremely affordable. However, it can be varied by adding additional ingredients and turning it into an Italian pasta. Bolognese, carbonara or marinara - in each of these recipes, instant noodles can successfully replace traditional pasta.
Bolognese
Thick, aromatic sauce and tender noodles are the perfect combination for a hearty lunch or dinner. Ground beef is best suited as a meat component.
You can use minced pork and beef, but make sure that the pork is no more than 1/5 of the mass of beef
Products:
- 1 onion;
- 350 g minced meat and 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil for frying;
- 1 glass of tomato juice;
- 50 g of sweet bell peppers of different colors;
- 4 packs of noodles;
- 3/4 tsp salt;
- 1/2 tsp black pepper.

Cut the onion into small cubes.
You need a sharp knife to chop onions.
-
Mix the minced meat with salt and pepper, mix well. Introduce chopped onion.
Minced meat with onions and spices should stand for 20-30 minutes
-
In a preheated frying pan with oil, fry the minced meat with onions and seasonings.
When frying minced meat, stir the contents of the pan all the time.
-
Cut the sweet bell pepper into small cubes and add to the contents of the pan. Fry everything together with constant stirring.
Multi-colored bell peppers will make the dish bright and appetizing
-
Pour in tomato juice and stir. Boil off most of the liquid over high heat. When the sauce has thickened, cover the pan and reduce the heat.
Tomato juice is preferred over tomato paste as it tastes more delicate
-
Pour boiling water over the instant noodles and wait until they swell (5–7 minutes). Drain the water.
Never add spices from a bag to the noodles, as this will distort the taste of the dish.
-
Place the noodles on serving plates, and on top of the thick meat bolognese sauce. Serve hot.
Ready-made bolognese sauce is distinguished by its pronounced taste and inviting aroma
Carbonara
In this recipe, instant noodles fit very organically into a trio of bacon, cheese and yolks. Egg noodles are especially good, which are softer than usual and have an appetizing yellow color.
Products:
- 150 g of cheese;
- 2 yolks;
- 70-80 g bacon;
- 4 packs of noodles;
- 1/2 tsp salt;

A grater with large holes is suitable for grinding cheese.

Separate the yolks from the proteins.
The brighter the yolks, the more appetizing the finished dish will be.
-
Chop the bacon.
You can also take smoked bacon, in this case the dish will receive new flavors
-
Fry it in a pan without oil.
Stir the bacon all the time when frying.
-
Pour boiling water over the noodles and let it brew for 5-7 minutes. Then drain the water.
It is convenient to brew noodles in a deep bowl
-
Add noodles to hot bacon and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the yolks and cheese and very quickly add this mass to the rest of the ingredients. Stir until the yolks curl and the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
The finished dish can be additionally sprinkled with grated hard cheese

Marinara
Seafood noodles will appeal to lovers of fish, shrimp and squid. This dish is light and not very high in calories, so it is perfect as a dinner. You can choose the fish to your taste, as long as it is white.
Tiger prawns are especially good with marinara paste: they are larger than usual and look very picturesque on a plate
Products:
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 onion;
- 5 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- 250 g tiger prawns;
- 1 can of seafood in brine or oil;
- 300 g white fish fillet (tilapia, hake, pangasius);
- 4 packs of noodles;
- 3/4 tsp salt;
- 1/2 tsp black pepper;
- 1 cucumber for serving.
Recipe:
-
Grind the garlic with a press.
Fresh and juicy garlic will add a bright aroma to the dish
-
Chop the onions.
Chop the onion thinly to give the sauce the texture it needs.
-
Pour oil into a skillet and heat it up.
The pan should warm up properly
-
Fry the onion and garlic until golden brown.
Be careful not to burn onions and garlic
-
Thaw the shrimp. Peel off the shell.
Let the shrimp thaw at room temperature, not in boiling water
-
Place the seafood on a sieve to drain the brine.
If the seafood is in oil filling, then a couple of tablespoons of this brine can be added to the pan with onions
-
Cut the fish into small pieces. Add it to sautéed onions along with seafood and shrimp. Add salt and pepper. Bring the sauce until tender (10-12 minutes).
It is better to take the fish chilled, so the dish will turn out to be more tender
-
Pour boiling water over the noodles and wait 3-4 minutes. Now drain the water and mix it with the contents of the pan. Heat slightly over high heat.
You can break the noodles into pieces, it will not spoil the appearance of the dish
-
Spoon the prepared marinara pasta onto large warmed bowls and garnish with fresh cucumber.
Finished marinara pasta with noodles is delicious and flavorful
For me, Italian pasta with instant noodles was a very unexpected dish. It turned out that this cooking option is no worse than with traditional spaghetti or linguine. The recipe for carbonara pasta has stuck most in our family. Thin tender noodles, brewed with boiling water, perfectly absorb melted cheese with yolks and pepper. It turns out to be a very satisfying and aromatic dish that is prepared quickly and easily. The pasta with noodles in bolognese sauce is also quite remarkable in taste.
Replacing the usual pasta in pasta recipes with instant noodles creates new flavors. It is also important that the amount of time spent on preparing the dish is significantly reduced.
