Resetting the settings has already been discussed above; clearing the cache and deleting cookies can also help.

Here's how to clear your cache and delete cookies:

1. Press Ctrl + H or open the menu and select "History".

   

   In the menu, select the "History" item (highlighted in red), in the next window also select "History"

2. Click the "Clear History" button.

3. Expand the list and select All Time. Check the boxes next to "Files stored in the cache" and "Cookies …". Click "Clear History".

   

   Select "For all time", then put a check mark in the selected items, click "Clear history"
