Significant discounts on most of the goods were also a pleasant surprise. It seems to me that we have stocked up on food and household items for several months ahead. However, we are talking about something else now. Among the purchases were 2 huge cans of natural yogurt. We use this fermented milk product almost every day, but it soon became clear that we could not cope with such a quantity. In order not to let the good go away, I decided to make a yogurt pie. But here's the problem: I heard about such a delicacy, but I didn't know how to cook it. Internet searches have produced hundreds of results that were dizzy and dizzy. But within a few hours I still opted for the most successful, as it seems to me, options.
Quick Cherry Yoghurt Pie
Mix the required dough ingredients, add everything with juicy berries and bake - that's the whole recipe for this delicacy. Despite the simplicity of preparation, such a cake will definitely appeal to you and your loved ones.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. natural yogurt;
- 2 eggs;
- 100 g sugar + for sprinkling cherries;
- 100 g butter + for greasing the mold;
- 250 g flour;
- 1 tsp baking powder;
- 1/2 tsp salt;
- 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar;
- 400 g pitted cherries;
- 2 tbsp. l. starch.
Preparation:
- Wash and dry cherries, peel off stalks and seeds.

Mash butter at room temperature with powdered sugar. Stir in 3 yolks and milk into the mixture.

- Mix the remaining yolk with 75 g granulated sugar, add starch, yogurt and sunflower oil to the mixture.
