In Soviet times, a delicious meat salad called Ministerial was included in the menu of government canteens and cafes. Now everyone can cook an original dish in their own kitchen. The recipe is completely simple and doesn't require any special culinary skills.
Ministerial salad with delicate omelette pancakes
A variety of "Ministerial" salad with egg pancakes is distinguished by a more delicate taste and original appearance. The trick is that the spicy dressing infuses all the ingredients and gives them new flavors. For salad dressing, instead of mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, you can use a sauce made from the same amount of sour cream mixed with boiled egg yolk and one tablespoon of lemon juice.
Ingredients for Ministerial salad:
- 2 eggs;
- 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise (for omelette pancakes);
- 1 large onion for salad and 1 small for boiling beef;
- 1 small carrot;
- 2 medium pickled or pickled cucumbers;
- 250 g of beef pulp;
- 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise for salad dressing;
- 1 tsp dijon mustard;
- 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil for frying onions and omelette pancakes;
- salt and black pepper to taste.

Break the eggs into a bowl, mix with mayonnaise and a pinch of salt. Then beat with a culinary whisk.
