For many years after the wedding, I tried different versions of the dish, but I like the classic version the most.

Ingredients:

  • 1 smoked chicken breast;
  • 2 processed cheese;
  • 2 boiled potatoes;
  • 4 boiled eggs;
  • 1 head of onion;
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar;
  • 1 tbsp. l. 6% vinegar;
  • mayonnaise for dressing;
  • greens for decoration - optional.

Cooking steps:

  1. Cut the onion into quarters or finely dice.
  2. Transfer the onion to a small container, add sugar, vinegar and boiling water so that the liquid slightly covers the vegetable. Leave the onions to marinate for 10-15 minutes. The vegetable will be crispy, juicy and pleasantly sour.

    Marinade will remove the onion bitterness and accentuate the spicy taste of the vegetable

  3. Cut the smoked breast into pieces of any shape, put on a dish.

    The chicken can be sliced however you like, but the pieces shouldn't be too large.

  4. Brush the meat with mayonnaise.
