Having prepared this dish, I was delighted. Fast, effortlessly, tasty, satisfying and, importantly, very beautiful. This dish turns an ordinary meal into a mini-celebration. The husband who had dinner was pleased, but did not fail to inform that it would be nice to try to cook such a dish, taking as a basis his very favorite zucchini. The idea seemed interesting to me, and after a few days I delighted my beloved with a new dish. Zucchini with filling turned out to be no less tasty, and now this dish is a frequent guest of our table.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of zucchini;
  • 300 g mixed minced meat;
  • 1 large tomato
  • 50 g of hard cheese;
  • 1 head of onion;
  • 1/4 tsp salt;
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper;
  • 1 tbsp. l. sunflower oil;
  • 4-5 sprigs of fresh dill.

  1. Prepare the food you need.

    A very tasty and appetizing dish is obtained from a simple set of products available to everyone.

  2. Wash and dry young medium-sized zucchini. Cut each vegetable in half lengthwise. Using a teaspoon, remove the pulp so that you get boats with walls about 8 mm thick.

  3. Peel a small head of onion and chop finely with a knife. Cut the flesh of courgettes and tomatoes into small cubes. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  4. Transfer the onions to a pan with heated sunflower oil and fry until translucent.

    Refined sunflower oil is best for frying vegetables.

  5. Add minced meat to the onion, salt and pepper. Stir the ingredients and continue to sauté over medium heat until the meat is cooked through.

    To prevent the minced meat from baking in large lumps, stir it and lightly press down with a spatula or fork.

  6. Add the pulp of the courgettes and the diced tomatoes to the minced meat with onions, mix everything and cook for 8-10 minutes.

  7. Line a baking sheet or baking dish with a sheet of baking paper.
  8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  9. Fill the zucchini blanks with minced meat and vegetables.
