In fact, it turned out that dumplings, mainly chicken. In addition, poultry skins were found in the composition. The examination also revealed an excess of the level of microorganisms MAFanM, which indicates a violation during manufacture or storage.

On the label you can see that the minced meat at the factory is made from pork and beef. In reality, it turned out that instead of expensive beef, they use chicken. Violations were identified at an average rate due to the detected phosphates E450 and E451.

Unscrupulous manufacturers often add it to minced meat to increase volume, despite the fact that phosphorus harms the condition of human bones, teeth and hair.

"Ostankino" traditional

Dumplings from Ostankino MPK are not recommended for purchase. During the testing of the product, there were enough violations for the average.

An unspecified starch was found in the composition, which is added to improve the consistency. Soy acts as the plant protein declared on the label, which spoils the taste, so the manufacturer uses monosodium glutamate.

This food additive distorts the real taste of the product for the better and misleads the consumer.

Dumplings with a name disposed to buy from the Chelyabinsk plant are very expensive. The cost per kilogram of products is identical to the cost of beef for the same kilogram.

At the same time, the manufacturer is clearly deceiving and does not indicate that the minced meat contains chicken meat. For this he gets into the black list.
