Many women torment themselves with all kinds of diets to get rid of excess weight. Surprisingly, there are countries in which girls are trying to increase their size as quickly as possible. Fullness in these countries is a sign of health and beauty.

Mauritania

A well-fed woman in Mauritania is a symbol of her husband's wealth and well-being. Nobody will marry a slender girl.

To gain weight, from early childhood, they are stuffed with high-calorie foods - peanuts, beans, fatty camel milk. By the age of thirteen, the girl weighs about a hundred kilograms.
