Put some whipped cream on the bottom of the bowl, add a few tablespoons of cold jelly as a second layer, and pour the pieces of cookies on top. Repeat the layers one more time, and decorate the last one with grated chocolate or ground toasted nuts.

You will need:

  • a pack of dry jelly;
  • 2 eggs;
  • half tsp soda;
  • 100 g flour;
  • a handful of raisins;
  • a bag of vanillin.

Mix dry jelly with eggs, add washed raisins and flour, mix everything. Add vanillin and baking soda (do not extinguish it). Pour the finished dough into a mold covered with parchment and send it to the oven, preheated to 180 ° C, for 15 minutes.
