- special attention to the aesthetic side of the issue: the appetizing food design and the pleasant design of the dining room play an important role.
The variety of Asian cuisine is striking, this, perhaps, is its main feature: it seems that there is nothing that Asian cooks cannot do, they combine a variety of products surprisingly harmoniously, achieving unexpected and bright tastes

Asian dishes can be very easy to prepare or complex, usually the latter category includes sauces and soups. But if you strictly adhere to the instructions during the cooking process, then you will definitely succeed.
Ramen
The classic Ramen is cooked with pork, not chicken, as many believe. Ingredients:
- pork fillet - 1 kg;
- soy sauce - 200 g;
- ginger root - 30 g;
- salt - 20 g;
- sugar - 20 g;
- Ramen noodles - 700 g,
- fat (preferably pork) - 30 g (pre-melt);
- ground cinnamon - 1 g;
- greens - for decoration.
Soup varieties are obtained by adding a number of ingredients to the classic "Ramen"
Preparation:
- Cut the pork fillet into medium-sized layers and boil for about 30 minutes in a 3-liter saucepan of salted water.
- Remove the meat from the pot and strain the broth.
- Take a clean saucepan of the same size, put the peeled and chopped ginger and cinnamon into it, put the meat on top and pour the broth.
- Boil, then add sugar and soy sauce, cover the meat smaller in volume than the saucepan with a lid or plate and put the weight on top (this is necessary so that the meat is completely immersed in the broth throughout the cooking process). Cook the meat in this way for 4 hours.
- Cook the noodles in a separate container.
- Now take a clean saucepan again, pour a liter of water into it and let it boil.
- Add the rest of the broth to the boiling water, let it simmer for 2 minutes, add the fat and leave to simmer a little more.

After all the parts of the soup are ready, you can collect it for serving: put some noodles in a deep bowl (more or less, depending on preference), fill it with broth, then carefully lay out the meat and sprinkle with herbs.
Despite the fact that now the dish is very popular, it used to be sold in the cheapest eateries and served as a nutritious lunch for ordinary hard workers.

Thai green "Curry"
Thai Green Curry is a sauce you can make anything with, but it works best with rice or pasta and chicken.
The sauce itself can be supplemented with various vegetables.
Ingredients:
- garlic - 4 teeth.;
- onions - 2 pcs.;
- ginger - a couple of small roots;
- chili pepper - 1 pc.;
- whole cloves - 2 pcs.;
- fresh cilantro - 1 bunch;
- rice "Basmati" - 1 tbsp. l.;
- turmeric - 1 tsp;
- ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp;
- chicken fillet - 300 g;
- coconut milk - 250 ml;
- olive oil - 1 tbsp l.;
- water - 150 ml;
- salt to taste;
- a mixture of peppers to taste.
Preparation:

Peel and puree the garlic, onion, cilantro, chilli and ginger with a blender or food processor.
If you don't have a blender or a food processor, you can rub everything with the finest grater.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the resulting paste, then add the turmeric and cinnamon to it.
Frying the pasta is necessary so that the onions contained in it become softer

Add coconut milk and water to the mass, stir, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
Do not remove the lid from the pan while the sauce is cooking.

Boil the rice in salted water with cloves and fry the chicken separately.
After the rice is done, just pull out the cloves so they don't get caught by anyone.
- When the sauce is done, season with salt and add some pepper.

Place the rice on a plate, then the chicken, and top with the curry sauce.
Although the dish is of Thai origin, the cooking method is borrowed from Indian cuisine.

Butter Chicken
"Butter Chicken" - these are large pieces of the most tender chicken stewed in a creamy tomato sauce.
The Butter Chicken is especially popular in northern India.
Ingredients:
- natural yogurt - 150 ml;
- almonds - 50 g;
- chili powder - 1.5 tsp;
- ground cloves - a pinch;
- ground cinnamon - on the tip of a knife;
- ginger puree - 1 tsp;
- garlic - 2 tsp;
- tomato paste - 350 g;
- chicken fillet - 1 kg;
- butter - 50 g;
- onions - 2 pcs.;
- cream - 100 g;
- parsley - 1 bunch;
- salt to taste;
- a mixture of peppers to taste.
Preparation:
- For the sauce, combine yogurt, tomato paste, garlic, ginger, almonds, spices and blend with a blender.
- Cut the chicken into large pieces and marinate in the sauce.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, cut into half rings, in it.
- Add the chicken and sauce to the onion and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Pour in the cream, wait for a simmer, turn off the stove and let the dish steep for about 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Paneer
Paneer is a homemade Indian cheese.
Homemade Paneer is softer and lighter than salted tofu, so it can be used for desserts, snacks and even main courses
Ingredients:
- milk - 2 l;
- lemon juice - about 70 ml;
- salt to taste.
Preparation:
- Pour milk into a saucepan and add lemon juice to it.
- Turn on the stove and wait until it boils.

As soon as the mixture boils, immediately reduce the heat and wait for the curd to separate from the whey.
Stir constantly to prevent the mixture from burning.

Throw the mass onto thick gauze, rinse with cool water and hang it so that the liquid is glass.
When all the liquid is drained, the cheese will be ready, but if you need it to be denser and harder, remember it with your hands, shape it and put it under a press for 1-2 hours

Soup "Tom Yam"
"Tom Yam" is a spicy seafood soup with coconut milk.
Sometimes mushrooms or chicken are added to the soup.
Ingredients:
- natural chicken broth - 2 l;
- Tom Yam paste - 1 tbsp. l. with a slide;
- lemon - 2 pcs.;
- fish sauce - 20 ml;
- sugar - 2 tsp;
- ginger - 30 g;
- shrimp without shell - 0.5 kg;
- champignons - 200 g;
- coconut milk - 200 ml;
- chili pepper - 1 pc.;
- cilantro (fresh) - 50 g;
- lemon grass - 2 tbsp. l.;
- lime leaves - 4 pcs.
Preparation:

Add chopped ginger, lime leaves and lemongrass to broth and cook for about 5 minutes.
The broth can be chicken or fish, or you can use a bouillon cube
- Add the pasta and cook for 2 more minutes.

Add shrimp, chopped champignons, fish sauce, sugar and chili pepper, pour in coconut milk and let it boil.
Boil Tom Yam under the lid so that all the aromas are preserved in the dish

Pour in lemon juice, add chopped cilantro, wait for a boil again, remove from heat and let it brew.
Tom-Yam paste can be used not only for making soup, but also for other spicy dishes
