  • before serving, the dressing must be cooled by keeping it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

  1. Mash two boiled yolks with a fork into a gruel.
  2. Stir in 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice, a teaspoon of mustard, ground spices (nutmeg, allspice, cloves, coriander).
  3. Pour in 100 ml of vegetable oil in a thin stream, constantly whisking the mixture with a whisk, blender or mixer.
  4. When the structure of the mass begins to resemble mayonnaise, stir in finely chopped green onions. After adding the last ingredient to stir the sauce, you can no longer use a blender or mixer.

  1. Grind the yolks of 2 boiled eggs into a gruel and combine with 2 raw yolks and 40 g of mustard.
  2. Whisking the mass constantly, slowly pour in 120 ml of oil.
  3. Add 120 g sour cream, a tablespoon of chopped green onions, grated pickled cucumber and finely chopped boiled whites of 2 eggs. Stir the mixture with a spoon.

  1. Grind 2 boiled yolks with a fork and combine with raw yolk.
