These places should be treated with wood glue and assemble the box, pressing firmly and fixing the parts. The evenness of all corners is checked with a square.

2. The frame of the canvas is made of boards about 10 cm wide, and glued panels are needed for the panels. You can make them yourself by cutting the boards of the required length, smearing the edges with carpentry glue, connecting and clamping the elements with clamps. The purchase of ready-made glued panels, the thickness of which is equal to the thickness of the frame, is an easier option than self-gluing. For the frame and cross-beams, boards are sawn according to the height and length of the future canvas: 2 vertical upright and 4 tsars. Two short and two long parts are used for the frame, creating 2 grooves each for installing dowels at the ends of the boards.

The assembly is carried out from the bottom up, while you should always check the evenness of the corners, and if necessary, correct defects.

5. After the glue dries, you need to make a hole for the lock, handle with a drill and a round crown on wood. The diameter is set based on the size of the hardware. If the door is painted, then the canvas is carefully sanded. First, use medium-grained sandpaper for a sander, then blow off the dust and process the surface with fine sandpaper. Only after that the wood is painted with a spray gun. You need to do this two times. After the first layer has dried, the doors are sanded with fine-grained sandpaper, dust is removed, and then one or two final layers are applied.

After the layer of varnish or paint has dried, you can start installing the door. During the coating of the canvas, the box must also be painted. In the absence of a spray gun, you can use a brush.

To install the structure, you will need a construction hydraulic level, as well as a tape measure, wedges and a pencil, a gun with high-quality polyurethane foam. Platbands and extensions are necessary to give a complete look to the door system.
