But only over time, I realized that the same delicacy, but prepared with my own hands, is many times tastier than a food service product.
Ingredients:
- 500-550 g of wheat flour;
- 300 ml of water;
- 5 g dry yeast;
- 70 g sugar;
- 4 g of salt;
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon;
- 1 egg yolk;
- refined sunflower oil.
Preparation:

Mix yeast with 10 g of sugar and warm water.
First of all, you need to mix dry yeast with some sugar and warm water.

Stir ingredients, cover, leave for 5 minutes.
For the yeast to work, the dough must be covered with a lid and left at room temperature.

Add another 10 g of sugar, salt and 60 ml of refined sunflower oil to the dough.

Gradually add the sifted flour to the bowl.
