For the test, you will need:

  • 300 g flour;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 100 g butter or margarine;
  • 200 ml sour cream;
  • 5 g baking powder (baking powder);
  • 5 g turmeric.

You also need to make the filling. For her, take:

  • 400 g minced pork;
  • 1 chicken fillet;
  • 1 potato;
  • 2 onions;
  • salt and pepper to taste.
