Step-by-step recipe for puff pastry pie
For two decades, puff pastry has been a real lifesaver for me. The need to prepare a quick breakfast, a tasty treat for relatives or friends who dropped in without warning, a snack for work - packing the dough and a little imagination with the filling will always help to avoid an uncomfortable position and create a tasty and satisfying dish in a short period of time. The puff pastry meat pie is proof of that. In our family, not a single week goes by without this dish.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of ready-made puff pastry;
- 400 g minced meat;
- 1 head of onion;
- 1 stalk of leek;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 1/4 bunch of fresh dill;
- 1/4 bunch of parsley;
- 1 egg;
- spices and seasonings to taste;
- 2-3 tbsp. l. refined sunflower oil.
Preparation:

To make a cake, you need a very simple set of products.

Finely chop the onion and leek, fry in refined sunflower oil until semi-soft.
