How to make "Rafaello" from crab sticks and cheese: a step by step recipe
Immediately, we note that Rafaello snack bars are best made from two types of cheese. The first, solid, will give them density and a more pronounced taste, and the second - melted or curd - will endow the mass with plasticity and allow you to give it the desired shape. However, if you wish, you can do with one hard cheese, if you choose a fatter mayonnaise: it will serve as a "binding material", holding together the components of the treat.
You will need:
- 200 g crab sticks;
- 100 g of hard cheese;
- 50 g processed or soft cream cheese;
- 3 eggs;
- 1-2 cloves of garlic;
- about 100 ml of mayonnaise;
- dill, parsley, other herbs to taste.

Cut the crab sticks into small shavings, or better pass through a blender.
